Zonolite Village offers the best of both worlds — indoor and outdoor — private and public spaces. We’ve got a huge park in our backyard, ample outdoor meeting, seating options ideally situated throughout our campus and a park! Our indoor spaces are just as pleasant with private entrances, private bathrooms, drive-up access, operable windows, skylights, high ceilings and well-ventilated common areas.
At Zonolite Village, access to nature is more than an amenity. We’re proud to support the ongoing conservation and stewardship efforts of nearby Zonolite Park, a 13-acre urban greenspace featuring walking trails, community gardens, wildlife habitat, and the South Fork of Peachtree Creek. The park’s transformation from a former industrial brownfield into one
of Atlanta’s most unique natural destinations reflects the spirit of renewal, creativity, and community that defines our campus. Learn more about the park and our community partnership with South Fork Conservancy. Read the Story.

1075 is our hidden gem — tucked away at the end of Zonolite Road with its own shady trail into Zonolite Park and a mulched path that makes walking within our community a delight. Each suite has its own restroom(s) and private, direct-access entrance. Additional patio opportunities are available.
1123 is our nerve center, home to Golf House Academy and our largest concentration of indoor and outdoor common area space. It features operable windows in most suites, as well as 16-20′ ceiling heights and tons of skylights. Many suites in 1123-B also feature mezzanines for conferencing or executive offices.

1145 is our inspiring sanctuary — The barrel-roofed, butler-style construction gives most suites soaring 25+ ceiling heights, and the spaces are flooded with natural light from skylights and dozens of oversized, storefront-style windows. Its back doors open to Zonolite Park’s meadow, making those inevitable work-related primal scream moments not only possible, but downright pleasant.
